The MLA Handbook, 7th Edition and the APA Manual, 6th Edition contain all the rules for writing in each style. These books are available from the library.
The OWL Purdue website also has guides for writing in APA and MLA styles.
In addition, Microsoft Word can create references and citations in both these styles but the user must make sure they have an up-to-date version of the software, able to use the latest revisions of APA and MLA.
The Writing Center on campus can help students write papers in APA and MLA formats.
